With a passion for people, relationships, community, and empowerment; paired with knowledge in human resources, business management, and professional development strategies, I found myself offering advise to my close nit circle, then beyond. As more individuals sought out services, I began to see a need that was not being met in my community. My drive to advocate and educate blossomed into M.A.V.'s Professional Development & Coaching services where I can utilize my skills to assist others in broadcasting their own. Growing up, I was always told, "we are only as strong as the weakest link, so how do we make that link the strongest amongst us?" I believe that we raise by uplifting others, which is why I have created an opportunity for individuals to enhance their professional portfolios, enhance their skills, and empower them to believe in themself, as I do them!
